Our Semi-Private Training (SPT) program is run daily by our certified fitness instructors. They will take you through a full body strength and conditioning workout, with a little cardio and endurance training just for fun. It’s a personal training session in a small group environment that will help you build a stronger more confident body, inside and out!

All Semi-Private Training packages give you the following: Open Gym Access, Recovery Visits, Routine Check Ins and InBody Scans, Goal and Nutrition Consults, & Access To Our Program Library.
