Jason wasn’t always a fitness professional. After years in the food and beverage industry, he discovered his passion for health and wellness in his 40s, experiencing firsthand how fitness can transform both the body and mind. Now in his 50s, he is dedicated to empowering others to feel stronger, move better, and break through the perceived limits of age.
As a Certified Group Fitness Coach, Yoga Instructor, and Meditation Teacher, Jason integrates physical training with mindfulness, helping clients reduce stress, build confidence, and reconnect with both their inner strength and inner child. His high-energy classes, paired with rockin’ playlists, are designed to challenge, motivate, and inspire.
Jason’s mission is to show that aging isn’t something to fear—it’s something to embrace. With the right mindset and approach, he believes that every stage of life can be the greatest chapter yet.
