Coach Anna is a certified Yoga Sculpt and Strength Instructor who is deeply passionate about helping others reach their goals through movement—just as she has in her own journey. A lifelong lover of fitness and the outdoors, Anna has always viewed movement as a form of freedom.
However, after facing significant health challenges in 2016 and again in 2021, she was forced to step away from the activities she loved most. In her search for a renewed sense of self, she found her way back to yoga. What began with mastering a single Downward Dog grew into a powerful transformation, fueled by teachers who showed her that movement is possible—even with limitations—through proper modifications and strong foundations.
Now healthier and stronger than ever, Anna is committed to staying that way—with plans to hike Machu Picchu for her 70th birthday, hiking sticks in hand! She lives by the motto: “If you’re tired, do it tired. But whatever you do, don’t stop.”
Grateful for the mentors who shaped her journey, Anna is now dedicated to helping others build both mental and physical strength, choose themselves daily, and become the best version of who they are—one step, one breath, and one day at a time.
