Megan Flowers' love for movement began with ballet in her youth, laying the foundation for her lifelong passion for fitness and wellness. Growing up in Southern California, she embraced an active lifestyle through hiking, running, and yoga, fostering a deep connection to her body.
After becoming a mother, Megan faced the challenge of regaining her fitness postpartum. Through Pilates, she not only rebuilt her strength but also discovered a renewed appreciation for her body. Inspired by its transformative power, she became certified through the Pilates Method Alliance over 13 years ago.
Since then, Megan has expanded her expertise, becoming a NASM-certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. As a certified pre-and post-natal coach through FIT4MOM, she specializes in helping new mothers regain strength, confidence, and balance.
With over a decade of experience, Megan is dedicated to guiding clients—whether they’re new moms or anyone looking to reclaim their strength and vitality—through a supportive and empowering fitness journey.
