I got my start in fitness playing rugby in college. My coaches and teammates whipped me into shape and I’ve been slowly accumulating knowledge and pushing myself a little harder every year since.
I have a deep love for passing along this knowledge and helping people get into shape. I started with my siblings, then my friends, and now that I’m a certified personal trainer, I’m spreading this knowledge to clients here at LM.
My fitness philosophy revolves around setting and achieving tangible, realistic goals. A six pack for the summer is a great goal to have - but we’re looking to build habits that you will carry for the rest of your life. Progress, not perfection. Fitness is a cornerstone of my life, helping me stay well physically, mentally, and emotionally, and I hope to pass this mindset along to others.
